The Manitowoc County Fish & Game Protective Association Annual Banquet happens each year in late October but the work begins on the event many months earlier. We have been blessed to have great volunteers who spend hundreds of man hours before the event working to gather prizes for the raffles, special raffles and of course door prizes. Fish & Game has the reputation of being the premier sporting banquet in the area and that reputation is earned over many years of successful banquets.

Our annual banquet is where camaraderie and conservation come together!
On October 22, 2026, the Manitowoc County Fish & Game Prot. Assn. held their 46th Annual Sportsman’s Banquet at City Limits. There were about 575 people in attendance to help support conservation projects within the county.
There was over $50,000 in merchandise given away and if you were “one out of three” who was lucky enough to have your name drawn, please remember to contact the donor with a thank you for the prize you won.

When the organization conducted its Community Assessment process, one message came through loud and clear. Youth activities are critically important to the community. They want to see youth engaged in the outdoors and involved in conservation and sporting activities. Manitowoc County Fish & Game has been serving youth for over 115 years. We continue that mission today.

Scholarships
Manitowoc County Fish & Game has been committed to education literally since its founding over 100 years ago. We understand that it is the youth of today who will be the guardians of the resources tomorrow. We currently sponsor a scholarship annually to a student pursuing degrees in related fields.
Manitowoc County Fish and Game Protective Association will be providing a $3,500 scholarship for the 2025-2026 school year.
This continues a history of helping bring local students into careers involved in hunting, fishing, conservation, and related programming.
For an undergraduate student to be eligible for the scholarship, the student must be entering their junior or senior year of college. For a graduate student to be eligible for the scholarship, the student must have completed their undergraduate degree by June 30th.
Manitowoc Fish & Game works to promote and protect the rights of sporting men and women in the county through a variety of projects and education programming. It is one of 25 clubs that work together in Manitowoc County. The group was founded in 1907 and is recognized as one of the oldest known conservation groups in the nation. Clubs offer meetings and activities across the county, with many family and youth-friendly activities available. They offer over 450 acres of publicly available lands in Manitowoc County.
