Wisconsin Waterfowl Association (WWA) presented an award to State Rep. Paul Tittl for all his work trying to get a Sand Hill Crane hunting season for us. Rep. Tittl was also highly active on getting passed in the Assembly the Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Fund bill and both bills died in the legislature by the Senate. Rep. Paul Tittl spent many hours on committee hearings and meetings around the State. Presenting the award to Rep. Tittl was Brad Heidel, WWA Executive Director, and Dave Elwing, State Secretary WWA. Both men traveled extraordinarily long distances to present this award to State Rep. Paul Tittl.
